Billa is a 2009 Telugu language film directed by Meher Ramesh, remake of the Tamil Film Billa 2007. It also drew inspirations from the Telugu film, Yugandhar which drew inspirations from another Hindi film titled Don and the Hindi film, Don. Prabhas plays the lead role, where he plays dual roles of the characters Billa and Swami Ranga, with Anushka Shetty and Namitha playing the heroines. The film, which began in October 2008 and releases in April 2009
